Mold and mildew are good indications that a water leak exists somewhere in the home. Check caulking around sinks, tubs, and pipes to ensure caulking is adequate. If drywall or paint in the home becomes stained or begins to bubble, the home has some type of moisture problem. Finally, the roof of the home should be inspected periodically for any repairs.
