What is the constitutional law? This is quite a broad and complex question, but essentially constitutional law is the study, practice, interpretation, and administration of the nation's foundational laws. These rudimentary laws are based on the U.S. Constitution and deal with issues such as the rights of individual U.S. citizens and the relationship between the states and federal government. Constitutional law regulates the scope of power available to the U.S. government. This area of law regulates the creation and execution of law by the U.S. government as well.
