Florida Dental Plans

Dental health is important to both individuals and their families, but unfortunately many health insurance plans fail to offer adequate dental coverage. This is especially true for those individuals that are self-employed or retired. Encore Dental understands the need for preventative, basic, and major dental services. With the Encore Dental plan individuals and families can acquire the dental coverage they need at an affordable rate. Individuals between 18 and 99 years of age are offered guaranteed acceptance regardless of their dental history. This dental plan is not a discount plan, and the cost could be less than $1 per day.

Encore Dental offers several plans and these plan options include: Standard Plans A and B, 1-2-3 Insurance Plan, and the Supplemental Insurance Plan. Individuals and families may choose the Encore Dental plan that will best suit their family’s needs. Standard Plans A and B provide primary dental coverage. These plans may cover preventative care up to 100% and cover additional services at up to 50%. The 1-2-3 Insurance Plan may be a practical option for those that need immediate dental work. The Supplemental Insurance Plan is available to those that already have dental coverage but want to eliminate out-of-pocket expenses.

Encore Dental plans provide a list of in-network dentists that individuals may choose to use for their dental needs or individuals that purchase a plan through Encore Dental can see any dentist they wish. Claim forms are not necessary when in-network dentists are used; however, individuals will be required to submit claims for out-of-network dentists. Individuals that purchase dental insurance coverage are allowed 2 check-ups and cleanings annually with the dentist of their choice. Those covered by these dental insurance plans should feel free to use their plans as needed because premiums will not increase due to claims or usage.
